    U.N Upholds German Immunity From Suits by Alleged Victims of Nazi Atrocities



    The United Nations’ highest court confirmed Friday that Germany has legal immunity from being sued in foreign courts by alleged victims of Nazi atrocities. The International Court of Justice in The Hague said that Italy’s Supreme Court violated Germany’s sovereignty in 2008.
